Liddon Building Refurbishment

Liddon is a Grade II* listed building, situated facing on to the main road leading into the village of Cuddesdon and forms part of the original core building designed by Victorian architect George Edmund Street between 1853 and 1873.

The breif, as set out by the College is to refurbish the existing rooms on the first and second floor of the Liddon Building. The proposals are to retain the use of the rooms as residential for student and conference use, but to add ensuite facilities to each of the 12 rooms with a separate kitchenette on each floor as well as refurbishing and conserving the historic fabric of the building.

Work successfully completed on site on 9 December 2016.
